Identity & Contact: Name, 10-digit mobile phone number, email address.
Address & Location: Street address, delivery landmark, and precise GPS location coordinates to route delivery riders.
Order History: Past orders, preferred items, timestamps, and customer care transcripts.

2. Payment Security via Razorpay

All online payments are handled directly by our authorized payment partner, Razorpay, over 256-bit SSL encrypted connections in compliance with PCI-DSS Level 1 standards. Bukitoz does not collect, store, or view your credit card numbers, CVVs, or internet banking credentials.

3. Zero Data Selling Policy

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third-party marketing companies. Data is used strictly for fulfilling orders and communicating delivery status.

4. Contact & Data Deletion Requests

To access, modify, or permanently delete your account and personal records, you can submit an online request via our Account & Data Deletion Portal, delete your profile directly inside the Bukitoz App under Profile Settings, or contact our Data Protection Officer at support@bukitoz.com.
