Account & Personal Data Deletion Request

Bukitoz Technologies Private Limited provides users with full autonomy over their personal data. In strict accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act of India and Google Play Store Account Deletion Policies, you have the right to request the permanent deletion of your Bukitoz account and associated personal identifiers.

Method 1: Instant In-App Deletion (Fastest)

If you have access to the Bukitoz customer mobile app:

Open the Bukitoz app and tap your Profile tab in the bottom bar.
Scroll down to the Account Settings section.
Tap "Delete My Account" (marked in red).
Review the consequences and confirm deletion. Your session and credentials will be terminated immediately.

Method 2: Web Deletion Request Form

If you have uninstalled the app or cannot log in, submit this request form. Our Data Protection Officer will process your request within 7 business days:
